REAL Controls designs, fabricates and programs custom electrical enclosures for industrial and commercial clients. We do both build to spec panels and custom panels that we design for a specific application. In addition to the finished panel, we always supply complete documentation for the panel including wiring schematics, panel layout drawings and source code for any software that we develop for the panel controller or HMI.

Panel 1

A typical electrical panel that was designed and fabricated within our shop. This enclosure includes a programmable logic controller, motor controls, circuit protection devices and terminals for connecting field devices. In addition to the physical panel, we also supply our clients with detailed panel layout drawings and wiring diagrams.

Panel 2

This control panel incorporates a touch screen computer and various switches into the human-machine-interface. REAL Controls develops customized programs for these computers to operate the machinery, collect data from the processes and distribute that data through the clients local area network.

Panel 3

The electro-mechanical design of the client’s refrigeration electrical system was difficult to maintain, expensive to build, complicated to install and nearly impossible to modify to meet their customer’s requests for customized designs. REAL Controls redesigned the entire electrical system as a PLC based system.  The new design required less enclosure space. As a result, we were able to accommodate all of the electrical components into a single enclosure assembly.
